From the beginning of 90s of previous century, the advocates-founders of the Advocate Association “Actio” provided the defense of the rights and interests of the citizens and the juridical persons, working both in law companies and privately. Taking their scientific degrees together with their considerable practical experience became the platform to foundation of their own advocate association.
The staff of the “Actio” Advocate Association includes advocates and lawyers with a considerable practice experience, with the essential groundwork in different branches of law and different instances of legal proceedings.
The main principle to select the stuff of the Association is: practical skills + experience in different branches of law + creative approach to the problem of a client.
The Association promotes further growth of the professional level of the stuff, encouraging employees to gain the second higher education in the related spheres, because it gives preferences while resolving the client’s most difficult problems.
Providing any service to the legal entities, “Actio” applies the system approach, because only the complex view and identification of the problem and interconsistency of different components of the activity provide client with the possibility to raise the effective and stable development of business to qualitatively new advances, positive and timely solution of the legal problems of the client.
Relationships with our Association are formalized according to the Ukrainian legislation in force, and exclusively on the mutual consent on the essence of the contract.
